Lower Level Studio Spaces
The Belle Tower’s lower level offers a limited number of private studios and offices for artists, practitioners, and small mission-aligned businesses seeking affordable space in a historic downtown building.
These studios are part of an active restoration project. Tenants who join during this phase receive founding rates in recognition of flexibility and shared stewardship, with rates adjusted as improvements are completed.
This is an opportunity to grow your work in a meaningful place—while helping bring a historic building back into daily community use.

Ideal for artists, writers, counselors, bodyworkers, educators, and small offices

Shared restrooms and common areas

Heat, electric, Wi-Fi, and common area maintenance included

Downtown location with nearby public parking

Restoration Phase Rates
During months when construction affects access, noise levels, or amenities, studios are offered at introductory founding rates (approximately 20–30% below standard rent).
Once construction impacting the lower level is complete, rents return to standard monthly rates with advance notice.
This model allows tenants to:

Studios are limited and initially offered on a month-to-month or short-term basis, with priority given to tenants interested in staying long-term once restoration is complete.
